Are your tests FDA approved and CLIA waived?:
Yes they are. All of our Urine screening cups have clearance.

What is the minimum I can purchase?
The minimum is 5 cups.

What are the cut off levels?
The following screening cutoff levels on our test cups are consistent with SAMSHA.

Not at this time. But we do sell Fentanyl strips for that.

What is the accuracy?
12 Panel Cups are up to 99% accurate

What temperature should Cups be stored at?
The cups should be stored at between 2-30 degrees C until the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch. The test cup must remain in the sealed pouch until use. Do not freeze. Kits should also be kept out of direct sunlight. Care should always be taken to protect the components of the kit from contamination. Do NOT use if there is evidence of microbial contamination or precipitation. Biological contamination of dispensing equipment, containers or reagents can lead to false results. Do NOT use after the expiration date. 

What is the shelf life?
Cups will last up to 24 months if kept in a climate controlled area.
They should be stored at 2-30 C or 35-85 F

Can I store these cups in the freezer?
No. We do recommend refrigerator or freezer. They should NOT be frozen.  They must be kept between 2-30 degrees Celcius.

What are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on what city and state you live in. Once you place the order, the system will give you the shipping cost before you finalize the sale.

How fast do you ship?
Orders go out every weekday. Mon-Fri. Orders are generally shipped same day. Standard shipping is UPS Ground and arrives in 3-5 days. There is also Expedited / Overnight shipping  available.

We do not – but please don’t misunderstand this as any lack of interest! We’d love to answer your questions. How long does alcohol stay in the system?
Up to approx 13 hours depending on how much alcohol was consumed.

What is the difference between Amphetamine and Methamphetamine?
Both are potent sympathominetic agents. Methamphetamine is the parent drug. It metabolizes into Amphetamine in the body. Methamphetamine and / or Amphetamine are excreted in the Urine.

Are Morphine, Opiates and Heroin the same kind of Drug:
Yes, they are all tested using the 12PanelMedical Test cups. They are the same family.

What category covers Ecstasy?
Ecstasy is covered under Methamphetamine.

How can I interpret the results? Positive or Negative.

What is the minimum amount of Urine specimen needed for a conclusive test result?
You should always collect enough Urine in the event of a non-negative result.
The lab will require a minimum of 15mL of Urine specimen, but prefers 30mL for Urine testing.

Does the product need to be disposed of in any particular way for bio hazard reason
No. Urines test cups pose no bio-hazard risk. They can be discarded in regular waste bins.

How long does it take to perform the test?
Results from the test are done usually in under 5 mins. These are known as ‘rapid result’ tests.

Are Test Cups Reusable?
No. They are only to be used one time.

Can you take Urine from a toilet and test?
No. Toilet water will dilute the process and will not work.
