At Ovus Medical, your privacy is our priority. We committed to protecting your privacy at all times. The information we collect about you when you become a member used to process your orders and to provide a safer and more personalized experience on our website. However, we at Ovus Medical do not guarantee complete security on stored information, however, we have installed and applied our encrypted pages and installed our SSL certificate to prevent stolen information.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
When you become an Ovus Medical member, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address, and e-mail address as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth.
Ovus Medical will NOT share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis.
Your name and address information used solely to process orders unless your prior consent given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER sold, given, rented, or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment direct correspondence from Ovus Medical.

Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) will used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact, you paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.

Our Use of Log Files
When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files not tied to personally identifiable information.

Access to member personal information limited to key management personnel and our member services department. After becoming an Ovus Medical subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the ‘Log In’ link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the ‘Log In’ section, or the ‘Contact Us‘ section.

RETURN POLICY

Ovus Medical’s primary goal is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction and products that offer solutions with solid results.

If you have any issues with our product or services, we are always ready and willing to resolve them.

RETURNING PRODUCTS TO OVUS MEDICAL

Products may be returned for a total refund of the cost of the item, minus shipping, under certain circumstances.

Products may be returned if:

1. The product was shipped in error by Ovus Medical.

2. The product was declared defective by Ovus Medical
after investigation.

Note: If a product has a missing part, we will either mail
the missing part or replace the product.

3. All products must returned in new and original condition and the original packaging with all the accessories. Products that returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

4. Ovus Medical will refund shipping charges if the product being returned was the result of our error.

5. The product should returned within 5 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice. Ovus Medical will use the tracking report provided by the shipper.

6. International returns are not allowed.

Once the returned product has received, and once the credit or refund is issued, an email confirmation will sent. A product cannot refunded that has misused, or procedures for the test confirmation (gc / ms or lc / ms) have not effectuated in the case of drug tests. In this event, all manufacturer’s warranties will automatically terminate.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

When will your order ship?

  • All orders placed before 3:30 PM EST ship the same day Monday – Friday
  • No orders ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

When will you receive your order?

Below are the shipping guidelines from FedEx and USPS.

  • FedEx OVERNIGHT delivered the next business day, if your order placed before 3:00PM EST. Friday OVERNIGHT orders delivered on Monday and do not include holidays.
  • FedEx 2nd DAY and 3rd DAY guaranteed, but they do not include Sat, Sun or Holiday deliveries. Start counting days the day AFTER you receive your tracking number. Thus, a 2nd DAY order placed before 2:00PM EST on a Monday delivered on Wed, but orders received after 2:00PM EST would delivered on Thurs.
  • FedEx GROUND delivery times are based on your proximity to West Palm Beach, Florida and might vary based on your location.

How does FedEx work?

The FedEx “Hub Network” is a system of 25 distribution centers located in or near major cities. All packages designated for ground shipment go through one. When a package enters the hub, the shipping address scanned and entered into the FedEx system. The package eventually reaches a truck heading to one or more destination hubs. Packages scheduled for local service go straight to a delivery vehicle. The delivery time is one to five days in the continental United States.

Although FedEx ground delivery is a business service, FedEx also offers Home Delivery services via ground transportation within one to seven business days. Either service allows you to track the packages through the FedEx website or with Delivery Manager software that can downloaded and used in your own logistics system.  FedEx Ground headquartered in Pittsburgh. Throughout its network, it has about 95,000 employees and distributes about 7.5 million packages daily. FedEx is constantly upgrading and expanding its FedEx Ground distribution centers and hubs to create more efficiencies in shipping.  Throughout its entire network of hubs and distribution centers, more than 10 million packages get shipped each night.
