You acknowledge that Forensic Use Only products are intended for use in drug abuse testing for law enforcement or related agencies.

Certified forensic labs

Products that fall under this category include tests for:
Fentanyl (FEN), Synthetic Marijuana (K2), Ketamine (KET), LSD, Methaqualone (MQL), Bath Salts (MDPV), Kratom, Tianeptine (ZAZA), Xylazine, Psilocybin (mushrooms), Alcohol (ALC), Cotinine (COT), Ethyl Glucuronide (ETG), and other specialized substances.

Return Policy

Ovus Medical’s primary goal is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction and products that offer solutions with solid results. If you have any issues with our products or services, we are here to resolve them. Products may be returned for a total refund of the cost of the item, minus shipping, under certain circumstances.

Products may be returned if:

1. Ovus Medical shipped the product in error.
2. The product was declared defective by Ovus Medical after an investigation.
3. All products must be returned with all accessories in new and original condition in their original packaging. Products that are returned with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
4. Ovus Medical will refund shipping charges if the returned product results from our error.
5. The product should be returned within 5 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice. Ovus Medical will use the tracking report provided by the shipper.
6. International returns are not allowed.

An email confirmation will be sent once the returned product has been received and the credit or refund is issued. A product that has been misused cannot be refunded, and procedures for test confirmation (GC/MS or LC/MS) in the case of drug tests cannot be carried out. In this event, all manufacturer’s warranties will automatically terminate.

Shipping Policy

When Will Your Order Ship?

Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and service level. Below are general guidelines:

FedEx

Overnight Shipping:
Delivered the next business day for orders placed before 3:00 PM EST.
Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.
Holidays are not counted as business days.
2nd Day & 3rd Day Shipping:
Guaranteed delivery within the selected timeframe, but only on business days (no weekend or holiday deliveries).
Start counting from the day after you receive your tracking number.
Example: An order placed before 2:00 PM EST on Monday with 2nd Day Shipping will arrive Wednesday. If placed after 2:00 PM, it will arrive Thursday.
FedEx Ground:
Delivery time depends on your location relative to our warehouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.

Understanding FedEx Shipping

FedEx uses a “Hub Network” of 25+ distribution centers located near major U.S. cities. Here’s how it works:

Packages enter a hub, where the destination address is scanned into the system.
From there, they are routed to trucks bound for the appropriate destination hub or local delivery.
Ground service delivers within 1–5 business days in the continental U.S.
Home Delivery (also via ground) typically takes 1–7 business days and includes tracking via the FedEx website or Delivery Manager.
